Tracking your order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. Furthermore, a shipment confirmation and the tracking order number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. RROMA is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International orders. All orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within 4 days, provided your item is in stock. Made to order items can take up to 2/3 weeks from your confirmation order to delivery. If your items should take any longer than the time specified RROMA will contact you with the estimated time of delivery. You in turn may also contact RROMA through the enquires form on the contact section of this website.
Returns & Exchange
RROMA wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return your unused item, simply return it to us with the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of your return or exchange, as well as the item style number. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.) RROMA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 7 business days.
